Parbat Siyani Construction Ltd is an associated company of Seyani Brothers & Company (U) Limited, which is one of the leading Civil Engineering & General Building Construction Company in the East African Region. Founded in the year 1991 in Kampala Uganda, it has expanded its operations to Nairobi, Kenya in the year 2001 and planning to further expand its operations to other African regions.

Originally Seyani Brothers & Company (K) Limited was founded in the year 1978 in Nairobi as a family business of Seyani’s and expanded to Kampala Uganda in the year 1991. The founder partner of Seyani Brothers & Company (K) Limited Mr. Parbat B. Siyani was accorded the management of Seyani Brothers & Company (U) Limited after establishing the parent company in Kenya with his commendable efforts.

He continued his efforts and transformed Seyani Brothers & Company (U) Limited as a leading construction company in Uganda. Due to fast growth of the companies in Kenya and Uganda and in view of enormous responsibilities, Seyani Brothers & Company Limited of Kenya and Seyani Brothers & Company (U) Limited were separated in the year 2000. After separation, Seyani Brothers & Company (U) Limited with a vision to expanding its business prospects and for further growth, has extended its business into Nairobi, Kenya as Parbat Siyani Construction Ltd. It is very important to note that Seyani Brothers & Company (K) Limited & Seyani Brothers & Company (U) Limited operate separately in Kenya and Uganda.

The Company Employs more than 350 among which 20 staff are managerial, Supervisory andprofessional expertise . Further the Company has accumulated fixed assets more than US$ 500,000.00 including machinery and equipment.

Further we are equipped with technical expertise, greater potential and advanced technology, the company has undertaken a number of Large and Medium sized projects which include Multistoried Office blocks, Residential Apartments, Residential Buildings, Banks, Embassies, Hotels, Schools, Colleges and Factories along with Electrical and Mechanical services.

Apart from construction, the company has diversified into manufacturing sector, which undertakes manufacturing of Cement Concrete Products, Structural Steel Fabrication, joinery works and furniture items.
